AndX Bot Trading Competition Rules
Bot and algorithmic trading only. Manual order placement does not qualify.
Maximum Prize Pool: Up to $100,000 USD, unlocked according to cumulative eligible trading volume generated during the Competition.
Effective Date: September 8, 2026
These Official Competition Rules (“Rules”) govern participation in the AndX Bot Trading Championship (“Competition”).
By registering for or participating in the Competition, each entrant (“Participant”) agrees to be bound by these Rules and by all applicable AndX account, trading, compliance, privacy, API, and platform terms.
This Competition is sponsored by AndX Global …..
1. Competition Overview
1.1 Competition Format
The AndX Bot Trading Championship is a 30-day automated spot-trading competition.
Participants compete by operating an eligible trading bot, algorithmic strategy, or automated trading tool through their registered AndX account.
The Competition evaluates automated trading performance.
1.2 Ranking Method
Qualified Participants will be ranked on the Main Leaderboard according to a Composite Score, weighted equally between risk-adjusted performance and absolute portfolio return, as set out in Section 4.1.
A Participant who achieves a strong return through steady, controlled risk will rank above a Participant who achieves a similar return through large swings in account value.
Trading volume does not determine Main Leaderboard rankings. Trading volume determines only the portion of the prize pool that is unlocked under Section 5, and is applied as a tie-breaker under Section 4.5.
1.3 Prize Pool
The Competition offers a prize pool of up to $100,000 USD.
The maximum prize pool is not guaranteed. The final prize pool will be unlocked in stages according to the cumulative eligible trading volume generated by all registered and qualified Participants during the Trading Period.
The amount unlocked at the end of the Competition will be distributed according to the prize percentages established in Section 5.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Competition is not open to U.S. Persons or individuals physically located in the United States. A Participant may not use a VPN, proxy, false address, false country-of-residence declaration, location-masking technology, or any other method to conceal or misrepresent their identity or location in order to access or participate in the Competition from a restricted jurisdiction.

2. Participant Eligibility

to obtain additional entries or hedge Competition results.
Any eligible trading activity conducted through an approved subaccount will be consolidated with the Participant’s registered main account for Competition calculations.
Duplicate or coordinated entries may result in the disqualification of every connected account.3. Registration and Account Funding
2. Registration and Account Funding
3.1 Registration Process
Participants must register through the official AndX Bot Trading Championship page within the AndX platform or through the official Competition landing page published by AndX.
Registration requires:
full legal name;
verified email address;
AndX account ID;
country of residence;
acceptance of these Rules;
confirmation of legal eligibility;
confirmation of bot or API participation; and
completed AndX identity verification.
Registration is complete only when AndX displays or sends a registration confirmation.
Creating an account, depositing funds, or trading through a bot does not by itself constitute Competition registration.
3.2 No Late Registration
Late registration will not be permitted.
Participants must complete registration by September 7, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC.
This deadline is intended to preserve a consistent Starting Equity timestamp and an equal 30-day Trading Period for all Participants.
3.3 Minimum Starting Equity
Each Participant must hold at least $1,000 USD equivalent in eligible account equity at:
September 8, 2026, at 00:00:00 UTC
An account below $1,000 USD equivalent at that timestamp will:
not be entered into the ranked Competition;
not appear on the qualified leaderboard;
not be eligible for Main Leaderboard prizes;
not be eligible for Side Pool awards; and
not contribute trading volume toward the prize-pool unlock.
Depositing additional funds after the Trading Period begins does not retroactively cure a failure to satisfy this requirement.
No separate entry fee is charged to participate in the Competition. Participation does, however, require an eligible funded AndX account and qualifying trading activity, which may involve trading fees, spreads, slippage, market losses, and other costs associated with using the AndX platform.
3.4 Starting Equity
“Starting Equity” means the total USD or USDT-equivalent value of eligible cash and spot assets held in the registered Competition account at September 8, 2026, at 00:00:00 UTC.
Asset values will be determined using the applicable AndX spot-market price at the relevant valuation timestamp.
Where an asset does not have a direct USDT pair, AndX may use a reasonable cross-market conversion methodology based on eligible AndX markets.
3.5 Deposits During the Trading Period
Additional deposits made after the Starting Equity timestamp are permitted.
Net deposits will:
increase the Participant’s adjusted capital basis;
be excluded from trading profit; and
not be treated as investment returns.
Deposits will not retroactively affect the Participant’s original Starting Equity eligibility.
3.6 Withdrawals During the Trading Period
Withdrawals and transfers out of the registered Competition account are prohibited between September 8, 2026, at 00:00:00 UTC and October 7, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC.
A prohibited withdrawal or outgoing transfer will result in disqualification unless AndX determines that:
it resulted from a documented platform error;
it was initiated by AndX for legal or security reasons; or
exceptional circumstances justify a different outcome.
3.7 Internal Transfers
Transfers between the registered Competition account and another:
wallet;
subaccount;
margin account;
futures account;
staking account;
lending account;
earning product;
payment account; or
other AndX account
will be treated as a withdrawal from or deposit into the Competition account.
Participants should keep Competition funds and assets in the registered eligible spot account throughout the Trading Period.
4. Ranking Methodology
4.1 Primary Ranking Metric
Participants who qualify are positioned on the Main Leaderboard based on a Composite Score, determined as follows:
Composite Score = (50% × Risk-Adjusted Percentile) + (50% × Return Percentile)
Ranking Method and Weighted Components
50% — Risk-Adjusted Performance: prioritizes consistent returns.
50% — Absolute Portfolio Return: evaluates the cumulative percentage of growth achieved.
Absolute Portfolio Return: The percentage of account growth achieved during the Trading Period, calculated from Starting Equity to Ending Equity. Net deposits occurring after the initial valuation are removed to ensure they are not treated as investment returns.
Risk-Adjusted Performance: Total portfolio return divided by the Participant’s Realized Volatility, which is defined as the standard deviation of daily percentage equity changes recorded at 23:59:59 UTC each day. Any Participant finishing with a negative return will rank below those with positive performance.
Percentile Calculation: both metrics are mapped to a 0–100 scale relative to all qualified Participants—where the highest score earns 100 and the lowest earns 0—before being weighted according to the Composite Score formula.
Example: Participant A earns +30% with 20% volatility, while Participant B earns +22% with only 4% volatility. Participant B achieves a higher rank by maintaining steady, controlled risk.
It excludes:
deposits;
withdrawals;
referral rewards;
staking or lending rewards;
promotional bonuses;
airdrops;
rebates not directly associated with eligible trading;
manually generated trading results;
transfers between accounts; and
gains resulting from prohibited conduct or platform errors.
4.2 Ending Equity
“Ending Equity” means the USD or USDT-equivalent value of eligible cash and spot assets held in the registered Competition account at:
October 7, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC
Participants are not required to sell eligible open spot positions before the Competition ends.
Remaining assets will be valued using the applicable AndX spot-market price at the Competition end timestamp.
Where an asset does not have a direct USDT market, AndX may use a reasonable cross-market conversion methodology.
4.3 Qualification Requirements
To appear on the final Main Leaderboard and qualify for a prize, a Participant must satisfy all of the following:
Minimum Starting Equity
At least $1,000 USD equivalent
Minimum Eligible Trading Volume
At least the greater of:
$10,000 USD equivalent in cumulative eligible trading volume; or
five times the Participant’s Starting Equity
For example:
A Participant with $1,000 in Starting Equity must generate at least $10,000 in eligible volume.
A Participant with $5,000 in Starting Equity must generate at least $25,000 in eligible volume.
A Participant with $20,000 in Starting Equity must generate at least $100,000 in eligible volume.
Minimum Daily Trading Activity
At least 10 executed Eligible Orders on each of at least 25 separate UTC calendar days during the Trading Period.
Canceled, rejected, expired, and entirely unfilled orders do not count.
Additional Requirements
The Participant must also:
maintain a valid bot connection using an AndX API key;
complete required identity and compliance verification;
avoid prohibited withdrawals;
comply with all Anti-Abuse Rules; and
remain legally eligible to receive a prize.
Participants who fail to satisfy every qualification requirement will be excluded from prize rankings even if their displayed Composite Score would otherwise qualify.
AndX may display such Participants on an unranked participation leaderboard.
4.4 Eligible Order Definition
An “Eligible Order” is an order that:
is generated through an approved bot, API key, automated strategy, or AndX automated tool;
is placed during the Trading Period;
is executed in an eligible spot pair;
is attributable to the registered Participant’s account;
is identified as automated activity in AndX’s order-source records;
is not canceled before any execution;
is not associated with wash trading, self-matching, manipulation, or prohibited conduct; and
is not excluded under these Rules.
4.5 Tie-Breakers
If two or more Participants have the same Composite Score calculated to four decimal places, the following tie-breakers will apply in order:
Higher Risk-Adjusted Performance;
Lower maximum portfolio drawdown during the Trading Period;
Higher eligible trading volume; and
Earlier timestamp at which the final qualifying Composite Score was first reached.
If the tie remains, the applicable prize will be divided equally among the tied Participants.
4.6 Eligible Markets
Eligible markets consist of AndX spot pairs that meet all of the following requirements:
the pair was listed on AndX at least 30 calendar days before September 8, 2026;
the pair had an average daily AndX trading volume of at least $500,000 USD equivalent during the 30 days preceding September 4, 2026;
the pair remains available for spot trading;
the pair is not under suspension, delisting review, or manipulation review; and
AndX has not otherwise excluded the pair from the Competition.
4.7 Excluded Markets
The following do not qualify:
stablecoin-to-stablecoin pairs;
fiat-to-stablecoin conversion pairs;
futures;
perpetual contracts;
margin markets;
options;
leveraged tokens;
prediction markets;
staking products;
lending products;
earning products;
OTC transactions;
block trades not executed through the eligible spot order book;
newly listed pairs that do not satisfy the 30-day requirement; and
any pair specifically excluded by AndX.
4.8 Eligible-Pair Publication
AndX will publish the final eligible-pair list on or before:
September 4, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC
Pairs not included on the published list will not count.
4.9 Removal of a Market
AndX may remove a trading pair from Competition eligibility during the Trading Period to address:
abnormal volatility;
inadequate liquidity;
suspected manipulation;
delisting;
suspension;
inaccurate pricing;
a technical failure;
a security incident;
legal concerns; or
compliance concerns.
Where reasonably practicable, AndX will announce the removal before it becomes effective.
Trades executed before the effective removal time may remain eligible unless AndX determines that they were affected by manipulation, pricing errors, exploitation, or another event that materially affected fairness.
5. Volume-Unlocked Prize Pool
5.1 Maximum Prize Pool
The maximum Competition prize pool is $100,000 USD equivalent in USDT.
The amount actually distributed will depend on the highest cumulative eligible trading-volume tier reached by the end of the Trading Period.
5.2 Volume-Unlock Tiers
Prize tiers are stepped and are not prorated.
The highest fully completed tier at October 7, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC will determine the provisional unlocked prize pool.
Examples
$29 million in eligible volume unlocks $0.
$149 million unlocks $10,000.
$410 million unlocks $45,000.
$750 million unlocks $65,000.
$900 million unlocks $85,000.
$1 billion or more unlocks $100,000.
5.3 No Guaranteed Prize Below Tier 1
No prize pool will be distributed if verified eligible cumulative trading volume remains below $30 million.
Registration and participation do not guarantee that any prize pool will be unlocked.
5.4 Final Tier Determination
The final prize tier will be determined after AndX completes its verification process.
AndX may remove:
volume from disqualified accounts;
wash-trading volume;
self-matched volume;
coordinated artificial volume;
volume from excluded pairs;
volume resulting from platform errors;
volume associated with market manipulation;
volume generated outside the Trading Period; and
volume that otherwise fails these Rules.
If removing ineligible volume causes cumulative volume to fall below a tier threshold, the lower verified tier will apply.
5.5 Eligible Volume
“Eligible Volume” means the USD or USDT-equivalent notional value of eligible bot-generated spot transactions executed through registered Competition accounts during the Trading Period.
Both executed purchases and executed sales count.
For example, an eligible $500 purchase followed by an eligible $500 sale generates $1,000 of eligible volume.
Trading fees are not included in eligible volume.
5.6 Excluded Volume
The following volume does not count:
Trades outside the Trading Period;
trades in excluded markets;
canceled or unfilled orders;
volume from unregistered accounts;
volume from ineligible Participants;
volume from disqualified Participants;
wash trading;
self-matching;
circular trading;
coordinated round-tripping;
artificial volume;
volume generated through unauthorized account access;
volume generated through third-party account control;
volume generated through platform exploitation;
volume resulting from pricing or technical errors; and
volume primarily generated to manipulate a prize tier without legitimate market exposure.
5.7 Public Volume Tracker
AndX will publish an estimated Competition volume tracker.
The tracker will be updated at least once every six hours during the Trading Period.
The tracker:
is informational;
may not reflect real-time activity;
may include delayed data;
may include volume later determined to be ineligible;
may be corrected; and
does not guarantee that a displayed tier will become the final prize tier.
AndX’s final verified calculation controls.
5.8 Prize-Pool Allocation
The final unlocked prize pool will be allocated as follows:
Main Leaderboard: 90.5%
Side Pool Awards: 9.5%
All percentages below apply to the final unlocked prize pool, not automatically to the maximum $100,000 amount.
6. Main Leaderboard Prizes
6.1 Main Leaderboard Distribution
The Main Leaderboard receives 90.5% of the final unlocked prize pool.
6.2 Lower-Tier Payment Examples
If Tier 3 is unlocked and the final pool is $45,000:
1st Place receives $9,000;
2nd Place receives $5,400;
3rd Place receives $3,600; and
every other prize is calculated by multiplying its percentage by $45,000.
If Tier 1 is unlocked and the final pool is $10,000:
1st Place receives $2,000;
2nd Place receives $1,200;
3rd Place receives $800; and
every other prize is calculated by multiplying its percentage by $10,000.
USDT prize amounts may be rounded down to the nearest whole USDT.
Any undistributed rounding remainder will be added to the Qualified Participant Raffle pool.

The winner will be the qualifying Participant with the highest consistent trading performance.
Tie-breakers are:

A Participant may win only one raffle prize.
The Qualified Participant Raffle will be offered only in jurisdictions where such random prize promotion is legally permitted. A Participant will not be eligible for the raffle where participation in a random prize drawing linked to the Competition would be prohibited or would require a registration, filing, permit, bond, or other regulatory action that AndX has not undertaken.

15% originality; and
10% transparency regarding results and limitations.
A panel of at least three AndX-appointed judges will score eligible submissions.
The highest average score wins.
Each Participant represents and warrants that their submission is their original work or that they otherwise have all rights necessary to submit and permit AndX to use the submission as contemplated by these Rules.
By submitting a strategy summary, the Participant grants AndX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish, display, excerpt, and use the submission solely for purposes of administering, judging, announcing, and promoting the Competition.
7.6 Community Choice Award
AndX may publish up to five eligible strategy summaries for community voting.
Community voting will take place between:
October 13 and October 17, 2026

If a Participant qualifies for more than one Side Pool award, they will receive the award with the higher value.
The other Side Pool award will pass to the next eligible Participant.
8. Anti-Abuse and Fair Play

Participants may not execute or coordinate trades intended to artificially:
increase volume;

Repeated attempts to disguise manual activity as automated trading may result in disqualification.
8.6 Third-Party Bots
Commercially available third-party bots may be used when:
the bot is permitted by AndX;
it connects to the Participant’s own account;
the Participant selects or configures the strategy;
the Participant controls the account and API permissions;

no third party actively manages the account.
The following are prohibited:
managed trading accounts;
undisclosed copy trading;

8.7 External Loss Guarantees
Participants may not enter into an arrangement under which another person guarantees, reimburses, insures, or absorbs their Competition losses for the purpose of enabling artificial or excessive risk-taking.
8.8 Platform Exploitation
Participants may not knowingly exploit:
software bugs;
incorrect balances;
stale or erroneous pricing;
order-matching defects;
latency conditions;
outages;
API vulnerabilities;
market-data errors;
incorrectly configured instruments; or
another technical condition that creates an unfair or riskless advantage.
AndX may reverse or exclude affected trades, gains, volume, Absolute portfolio return, or rankings.

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, AndX may:
exclude individual trades;
remove trading volume;
recalculate Composite score;
recalculate profit;
remove order-count credit;
suspend leaderboard placement;
disqualify the Participant;
forfeit a prize;
remove the Participant from Side Pool consideration;
suspend or close the account under applicable AndX terms;
recover an improperly paid prize where legally permitted; or

9.3 Concentration Enforcement
A brief concentration breach lasting less than five minutes solely because of market-price movement will not automatically result in disqualification.
A Participant who places or maintains orders that intentionally create a concentration above 40% may receive:
A warning for a first minor breach;
Exclusion of affected trades for a repeated or material breach; or
Disqualification for an intentional, severe, or repeated breach.
No warning is required where AndX determines that the breach was deliberate or materially affected Competition results.
9.4 Trading Risks
Spot trading involves substantial risk, including:
loss of some or all invested capital;
rapid price changes;
low liquidity;
slippage;
delayed execution;
technology failures;
cybersecurity incidents;
bot malfunctions;
API failures;
third-party software failures; and
concentrated-position losses.
Participants should not increase trading frequency, position size, concentration, or overall risk exposure solely to qualify for a prize, improve leaderboard standing, satisfy a Competition threshold, or contribute toward unlocking a higher prize pool. The value of any potential prize may be substantially less than trading losses, fees, spreads, slippage, taxes, and other costs incurred through participation.
10. Verification, Winners and Prize Payment
10.1 Provisional Results
All leaderboard standings, volume totals, prize estimates, award selections, and prize-tier calculations are provisional until verification is complete.
10.2 Verification Period
AndX will conduct an initial seven-business-day verification period after the Trading Period ends.
The expected verification period is:
October 8 - October 16, 2026
AndX may review:
identity and eligibility;
account ownership;
bot and API activity;
deposits and transfers;
order-source records;
eligible volume;
linked accounts;
manipulation indicators;
concentration limits;
Competition-end asset values; and
compliance with these Rules.
AndX may extend the verification period where additional investigation is reasonably necessary.
10.3 Provisional Winners
Provisional winners are expected to be announced by October 17, 2026.
The announcement does not create an unconditional right to a prize.
10.4 Disputes
A Participant may dispute:
a provisional ranking;
Composite score calculation;
volume calculation;
excluded trade;
qualification decision;
prize-tier determination;
Side Pool decision; or
disqualification.
Disputes must be submitted through the official AndX Help Center under the category:
Bot Trading Championship Dispute
Disputes must be received by October 20, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC.
A dispute must include:
the Participant’s legal name;
Registered AndX account email address;
description of the issue;
relevant dates, orders, or transactions;
supporting documentation; and
requested resolution.
10.5 Final Decisions
AndX will review disputes in good faith.
Except where prohibited by law, AndX’s final decisions regarding eligibility, calculations, enforcement, rankings, awards, and prize distribution are final and binding.
10.6 Final Winners
Final winners are expected to be confirmed by October 24, 2026.
10.7 Prize Currency
All prizes will be paid in USDT to the winner’s verified AndX spot account.
The number of USDT paid will equal the applicable USD-denominated prize amount on a one-USDT-equals-one-USD basis.
If USDT is materially depegged, unavailable, legally restricted, or operationally unsuitable at the time of payment, AndX may pay the equivalent amount in USD, USDC, or another legally permitted asset using a reasonable published valuation method.
10.8 Payment Timeline
Prizes will be credited within seven business days after final winner confirmation.
The expected payment deadline is November 4, 2026.
Payment may be delayed where additional:
identity verification;
sanctions screening;
tax documentation;
fraud review;
legal review; or
regulatory approval
is required.
No prize will be paid or credited where payment would violate applicable sanctions, AML/CFT requirements, court orders, regulatory restrictions, or other applicable law.
10.9 Prize Claim Requirements
A potential winner must:
maintain an active AndX account;
complete all requested verification;
provide requested tax documentation;
remain legally eligible;
respond to AndX communications; and
accept the prize within 14 calendar days of notification.
10.10 Unclaimed or Forfeited Prizes
A Main Leaderboard prize that is unclaimed or forfeited will pass to the next highest-ranked eligible Participant.
A Side Pool award that is unclaimed or forfeited will pass to the next eligible Participant under the applicable award criteria.
If no eligible replacement can be identified, the amount will be redistributed proportionally among the remaining verified winners in the same prize category.
10.11 Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for all tax, reporting, fee, and legal obligations associated with receiving a prize.
AndX may:
request tax forms;
issue required tax documentation;
report payments to authorities; and
withhold amounts where required by law.
10.12 Prize Transferability
Prizes are non-transferable.
Prizes may be credited only to the verified AndX account belonging to the winning Participant.
11. Technical Events and Competition Changes
11.1 Platform Outages
If a platform outage, API failure, market-data problem, cybersecurity incident, or other technical event materially affects the fairness, integrity or lawful administration of the Competition, AndX may take one or more reasonable corrective measures, including:

materially affects Competition fairness.
Where a Material API Outage occurs, AndX will ordinarily extend the Trading Period by the duration of the verified outage, rounded up to the next full hour.
AndX may use a different corrective measure where an extension would not adequately restore fairness.
11.3 Force Majeure
AndX may suspend, modify, or cancel the Competition because of events outside its reasonable control, including:
natural disasters;
war;
civil unrest;
government action;
regulatory changes;
telecommunications failure;

stablecoin disruptions; and
other events that prevent fair or lawful administration.
11.4 Rule Amendments
AndX may amend these Rules where reasonably necessary for:
clarity;
fairness;
security;
legal compliance;
regulatory compliance;
technical functionality;
correction of an error; or
prevention of abuse.
Material changes will be announced through an official AndX channel.
AndX will not knowingly apply a material change retroactively to reduce a legitimately accrued prize position unless the change is:
required by law;
necessary to correct an error;
necessary to address fraud or manipulation;
necessary to respond to a technical failure; or
necessary to preserve the lawful and fair administration of the Competition.
